#3 - For Petrolheads -  Lancia Delta Integrale T-Shirt

This is really hot stuff for the Italian supercars lovers. I mean, the mighty Lancia Delta integrale, one of best piece of engineering on four wheels ever made. And I am not telling this because I'm Italian, but because of the results this car achieved in motorsport competitions. This is still the most successful car of the entire rally history with 6 WRC titles won in the 90's.
Its road legal version is a masterpiece: 4WD, torque, power, speed, control and epic design.
Pure legend.

Top 6 Crossfit Shoes - Lucky's Tips

10/8/2018

Fall 2018 has finally arrived, Time for verdicts, another year is getting to its end, nevertheless athletes and fitness maniacs are not going to stop working out.
We trained hard all year long, trying out different WODs, programs, gears and of course shoes. Whether it is bodybuilding, weightlifting or cross-training, a good technical shoe must deliver stability and fast response during physical activity to help out reaching your best  performance.
These are two of the key factors that I kept in mind when evaluating and ranking the top 6 crossfit shoes to buy in 2018.
Please note these are just my personal opinions: keep in mind you should choose your personal best option considering your feet shape, your training program, aesthetic preferences, etc..
That being said
let's dive into the crossfit arena!

#6 - New Balance Minimus 40

The NB Minimus 40 is an outstanding shoe, featuring a robust woven upper, TPU heel clip and flat vibram outsole. These bad boys will assist your feet in the toughest moments of your workout, thanks to the double sided midfoot support; The NB M40 is also one of the most comfortable cross-trainers,  it's built with a cushoned midsole featuring the Rapid Rebound insert in the forefoot. Traction is granted when running or box jumping, but proper stability when lifting is ensured by the Rev Lite technology under the heel.

#5 - Adidas Powerlift 3.1

The Adidas Powerlift 3.1 is not such a cross-training shoe as it is designed particularly for olympic weightlifting. The reason I included it in this article is that you might want to consider a shoe for heavy squats, deadlifts, snatches etc..
The synthetic leather upper supports and protects well your feet while applying power during your lifts, with the big strap over the laces providing great stability. Both the midsole and the flat outsole are made of TPU, the heel is elevated for improved ankle mobility in exercises like squats.
This shoe has also good flexibility in the forefoot: for many people is one if the most comfortable lifter on the market. You can even try some box squats or alternative exercises but keep in mind this is a shoe for heavy weights with the priority of stability. Another pro of this shoe is the price: with the Adidas Powerlift 3.1 you can have a quality lifter without breaking the bank.

#4 - Nike Free X Metcon

This is one of my favorite shoes for hybrid training. It's a real cross-trainer of excellent quality and design. Imagine to have two shoes in one: the lightweight of a Nike Free Trainer combined with the imprint of the Nike Metcon. The mesh upper is reinforced with flywire cables providing optimal flexibility combined with resistance for your rope exercises; the wraparound rubber of the outsole confirms this attitude, the TPU insert around the heel and the embroidered tongue promote solid stability for strength training; the outsole is near-flat with pretty deep carving under its bottom for better traction. Despite the cushioned midsole, the Nike Free X Metcon does not forget to add TPU support under the heel.
Long story short: you can train as you wish without being afraid to run, jump and lift wearing the same shoes...with almost no performance loss.

#3 - Nike Metcon 4

One of the most iconic crossfit shoes, the Nike Metcon 4 features noticeable improvements when compared to its previous version. The upper is built with softer texture with a new printing technique, allowing more lightness and flexibility, the midsole is more comfortable as it's made of softer foam.
the outsole is flat and steady, so you can lift/strength conditioning with proper grip, the cushioned forefoot has cuts offering traction, helping out when running/changing direction or jumping. TPU supports are added on the back heel.

#2 - Reebook Crossfit Nano 8.0

Considered the best crossfit shoe by many, the Reebook Crossfit Nano 8.0 is definitely one of the best choices you can make. The upper is made of Flexweave, an innovative mesh designed with the aim in Reebook's mind to reach superior flexibility, transpirancy and resistance.
The heel has a full TPU insert; the shoe feels supporting your arch, but the midsole and the flat outsole confirm their improvements in terms of speed and mobility.
The wide toe box allows comfortable power movements, the herringbone pattern under the forefot ensures all things are under control when sprinting, running or box jumping with remarkable grip.

#1 - Adidas Crazytrain Elite

The Adidas Crazytrain Elite is one of the best (if not the best) engineered cross-training shoes in terms of comfort combined with stability.
The midsole is entirely made of boost, which is the famous last-generation cushioning material developed in collaboration with German chemical company BASF: it's a particular kind of it, not too much compressible so you have shock absorbing without loosing too much support; the outsole is very grippy and made of a less softer plastic with TPU inserts in the midfoot. Lifting is not such a problem with these bad boys, but - hey - It's a multi-purpose trainer, with a generous toe box and a reniforced mesh upper.
The internal padding will prevent your feet to slip during intense training.

Today I am going to start a new section of this blog by sharing tips for my readers.
Let's talk about gifts and gadgets (whether electronic or not) - we always are looking for the best ones money can buy.
But what do we mean for "the best"? The answer is essentially individual: we have our unique preferences, our personal taste and needs.
You are well aware of the value of money, so it's peaceful to assume that you absolutely don't want to waste it in any nonsense, low quality or awful item.
Rather, you'd want to get advantage back from your purchases because you have spent so much time searching, having done efforts to identify the most remarkable options for you or for your family, girlfriend/boyfriend and so on.
In such a scenario it is essential to deploy the right strategy to find out what really meets your expectations so you can solve the issue in a few clicks.
You need some quality advice, you want to rely on the expertise of specialized reviewers like the guys at

Reviews.com is a website on which you can find comparative reviews of many products and services.
Its mission is to provide help in spotting the most valuable options for customers.
They built a full research team, and they work every day close to industry experts, doing tons of reviews, collecting relevant amount of data, with the aim to suggest the smartest choices for your needs.
This sounds great, especially if we think how time consuming and tedious this task can be: you might not have time and energy to do all the researches in order to take decisions efficiently and quickly.
As we know our lives are plenty of things and duties to do on a daily basis but we hope to be confident in what we are going to purchase.

This is just one reason to give Reviews.com a chance.
I'd focus also on the competence of their reviewers and the fact they mainly consider 4 to 5 star rated products from top retailers around the world through an intense crowsourcing activity.
Brand reputation is another crucial feature in their reviewing process.

Take a look for example at their comparison between chef knives (I am totally in love with cooking) or between espresso machines, maybe you are looking for the best smart watch; you will definitely appreciate their in-depth insights as they catalog every single item under their lens.
You can find reviews by typing in the search box or just by having access to their archive.
